Australian man of Indian decent, Deepak Dhankar figured that he would garner more interest from Australian women on an online dating site by pretending to be a muscular, blonde Caucasian. So he made himself a profile for someone called “Jamie” who was exactly that; muscular, blonde and Caucasian. You might think that would only work up to the point where he would actually meet a potential lover however, you would be wrong in this case. Perhaps quite bizarrely (but hey, let’s not judge), Dhankar had arranged something quite unique to combat the apparent roadblocks. In October of last year, he began chatting to a Melbourne woman online as Jamie. The father of three was apparently sexually frustrated due to the fact his wife was ill at the time, and so went looking online. Things began to heat up between Jamie and his online friend to the point where they began sending each other explicit photographs, eventually deciding to meet up for a sexual liaison. This is where Dhankar’s exploits got to the evil genius level. The pair had agreed that Jamie would be the dominator and the woman submissive. Jamie also suggested that if the woman kept her eyes shut at all times and never looked at him, this would add to the excitement. So Dhankar entered the woman’s house as arranged through an unlocked door and made his way in to the bedroom where he found the woman lying naked and face down on the bed. With the woman’s consent, he performed sexual acts on her. He ordered her in to the bathroom where the fun continued until the woman’s small child began to stir. As she left the room to tend to her child, she caught a glimpse of Dhankar’s hand. Seeing that he wasn’t Caucasian, she suddenly realised he wasn’t Jamie. This is about the time it all came crashing down for Dhankar. In the recent court case, the woman reported feeling violated but decided to “play along” for fear of things turning violent. And whilst the judge questioned the wisdom of her behaviour, she did agree that the woman had been violated. In the Victorian County Court, Judge Jane Patrick charged twenty-nine-year old financial planner, Deepak Dhankar with procuring sex by fraud; a two-year order that saw him issued with 200 hours of community service but no jail time. “It appears that you chose this extremely selfish, immature and inappropriate way to deal with your frustrations arising from the problems you and your wife were having,” Judge Patrick said, according to news.com.au. She continued to tell Dhankar and the court that pleading guilty was the only thing which saved him from a jail sentence. The court heard that at no stage was Dhankar violent. The Age reported that, in making her decision, the judge took in to account Dhankar’s apparent good character and remorse, along with the fact that he seemed to be trying to rectify things with his wife, who was by his side as he left the courtroom. - See more at: mobilelikerz
